COVID- Saftey Plan

 

  • All clients are required to view and sign the COVID-19 waiver via our website.
  • The entire studio has been cleaned and sanitized.
  • Furniture has been disinfected.
  • UV light will be used for sanitizing implements and tools.
  • A plexiglass shield has been installed to protect patrons.
  • Purchased multiple gallons of EPA medical-grade cleaners and wipes.
  • Rearranged furniture to ensure social distancing.
  • DeLoach Essentials employees have been Barbicide certified before returning to work. Certificate has been posted in public view.

  • Contactless Hand Sanitizer stations as well as medical grade wipes are available for staff and customer use.
  • Unfortunately, beverages and refreshments can no longer be served.
  • Unfortunately, walk-ins cannot be accommodated at this time. All appointments must be booked in advance.
  • Only clients who are receiving services will be permitted to enter our studio. Individuals who accompany clients and are not receiving services will be asked to leave.
  • Arrive on time.  Services may be shortened or eliminated for Late Arrival.
  • Clients should immediately wash or sanitize their hands when they enter the studio.
  • Any client who appears to be sick when entering the studio will be refused treatment and asked to leave.
  • Staff members will be required to wear masks at all times.
  • Clients will wear masks upon entering the studio and to the extent possible when receiving services.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) will be worn by staff, as required.
  • Clients will be situated throughout the studio to meet social distancing standards.
  • Temperature checks with newly purchased infrared contactless thermometers will be performed for all staff and clients as they enter the studio.
  • Employees who are sick will be expected to stay home.
  • Staff members will be required to maintain social distancing guidelines to the extent possible when not servicing clients.
  • Staff will be required to wash their hands and/or change their gloves after each client.
  • Additional sanitation time will be allotted between clients.
  • Frequently touched surfaces in common areas of the studio will be cleaned often with hospital grade sanitizer.
  • We strongly encourage any clients with underlying health issues wear appropriate PPE.
